Complain less and watch your life getting better

Balance is the key. In everything you do.
Dance all night long and practice yoga the next day. Drink wine but don't forget your green juice. Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Wear high heels on Saturday and walk barefoot on Sunday. Go shopping at the mall and then sit down and meditate in your bedroom. 
Live high and low. Move and stay still.
Embrace all sides of who you are and live your authentic truth!
Be brave and bold and spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence and patience and modesty and peace.

I love this quote guys, seriously. It gives you such a good advice how to live your life and find your inner peace. 
It shows us that we have to work for what we want because only dreams, dedication and hard work lead to success. We have to move, do to something to make our dreams turn into reality. But we also need our rest time to take a deep breathe and remember ourselves where we stand and what's important in our life.
We should start complaining less and loving ourselves and each other more.
Make love (or even coffee, whatever),  but not war and hatred.
We have to wake up more often at 4 am and watch the sun rise. It's beautiful.
Brew black coffee and watch the birds singing in the darkness of the dawn.
Read more books. Take naps. Stop taking everything so personally. You've got to stop letting yourself get upset about things that won't matter in two years.
Compliment others. Measure your success not by money but by the number of faces you bring smile upon each day.
You've got to love yourself before you expect others to love you.
Find peace with yourself and don't give a fuck what other people think of you- that's none of your business.
When you find your own balance between work and leisure, between joy and obligations, friends time and "me time", sweet treats for your soul and healthy food for your body, when you make priorities and uphold them, everything will work out in a way that makes you pleased and happy. 

Just find your own way and focus on your own aims- and you will make the right decisions automatically.

Feeling blessed

When I woke up today, I realized that I am very, very blessed.
It's the little things we have to appreciate to enjoy every single day of our life and be happy.
I thought that I am pretty blessed to be alive, healthy, with a roof above my head and a big room I have for my own as my private space. I am blessed that I have a family which is happy and which loves me for who I am. I am blessed that there is enough food in our fringe and enough water to drink. I feel so blessed because I had the chance to learn things in school and got education. I am blessed because I have wonderful friends I love so much and who I can trust in anything and laugh with about everything. 
I am blessed because I have enough money to buy luxus goodies like clothes and books, DVD's, make-up and much more things we couldn't imagine living without.
I love so many things that seem to be taken by granted nowadays...
I feel blessed when the sun shines in my face or when the rain drops against my window while I sit inside and watch a candle burning. 
I love it when I watch an amazing movie or when I wear a new outfit for the first time.
I love smiling at strangers and get a smile back. I love hugging friends and being cuddled up in bed all sunday long. I love listening to my favorite song coming up on the radio and singing the lyrics totally wrong but very loud. 
I love discovering new cities and countries, I love seeing different parts of this amazing world. 
I love acting absolutely ridiculous and laughing about bad jokes, just being my natural self.
I love being at the seaside, feeling the summer breeze on my skin and not caring about anything in the world. 
I love late night talks and people who were strangers about a minute ago but who are your friends now because they just complete and understand you.
I love the taste of fresh strawberries and dark chocolate, the smell of fresh coffee and white roses. I love dancing around like nobody is watching and singing like nobody can hear me.
I love wearing my favorite perfume and chilling in jogging clothes all saturday long.
I love having breakfast at my favorite café on sundays or watching the sun rise at 5 am.
I feel happy while reading a book for the first time and reading it over again because it was so good. 
It's the little things that make you happy you are alive - don't forget: living is the rarest thing in the world, most people only exist...

So thank god or whoever every.single.day for the amazing life you have and be grateful. Always. It's not happiness that makes us grateful but gratefulness that makes us happy. So if we appreciate every single little thing in our life that makes us smile, we'll be happier than we could have ever imagined. 
Love yourself, love your life and it will love you right back.
Just stay positive, focus on the great things and right people in your life and ignore the shitty ones. 
You attract what you are thinking of, so don't pay any attention to negative bullshit but always focus on things that make you feel thankful and happy.
